At 30, Moriarty took to her Instagram last Friday to break the news to her followers. In her post, she stresses the positive impact of treatment, but she also regrets that the disorder might have been identified earlier had she not attributed her symptoms to stress and fatigue.
She shared a series of photos that included heartfelt text messages with her parents. One exchange with her mother showed Moriarty expressing her desperate need for relief. "I can't live like this forever," she wrote. In another, she candidly admits, "It's not just fatigue - it's an ineffable, system-wide cry for help, and I don't know how long I can remain in this state."

Although she didn't disclose specifics about her treatment, Moriarty informed her father via text message that she was already feeling a significant improvement. She confessed to thinking, "Damn, this is how I'm supposed to feel? I've been missing out!"
