Consultation by Commission on Draft Directive addressing worker safety from ionising radiation risks.

A kitchen fire in a two-family house on Panoramastraße in Zizishausen, Reutlingen, Germany, caused an estimated €50,000 worth of damage on Tuesday morning. The incident was an accidental ignition, with no person deliberately causing it.

The fire started when a wooden board on an accidentally turned-on stove caught fire. The smoke from the fire affected other rooms in the house, but the fire department's quick response prevented further spread. The fire department was called due to a burning smell coming from an adjacent apartment.

Fortunately, no one was injured in the fire. The kitchen furniture was also damaged, but the fire was swiftly contained.
