As a professional dancer, dance school owner, and judge on the hit show "Let's Dance," she's no stranger to the dance floor. But her long-time friend, also a judge on the show, and her physician, had some surprising advice for the dance maestro.

"My doctor said, 'Motsi, you gotta move more!'", Motsi admits in an interview with the network. A medical professional, who's also a fellow "Let's Dance" judge? Advising Motsi to move more? It seemed a bit off-beat, considering her already active lifestyle and daily dance posts on her Instagram. However, she heeded the advice, acknowledging a possible oversight in her regular exercise routine when a blood test revealed it.

As a mom to a young daughter, Motsi wasted no time making changes to her workout regimen. Every day, she's pushing herself to the limit, even when it doesn't feel easy. "I'm doing a ton of sports now, and let me tell ya, afterwards, I feel amazing, but during it, I'd rather hurl," she confesses. But she's determined to stick with it: "I want to live long, I've got a kid, and if the doc says 'move,' then I move!"

Motsi once said that elegance and style are expressions of one's personality. But she'd never push herself just for superficial reasons. Another RTL interview in April suggests that self-love and body positivity are constant journeys for her. "I'm not perfect, and some days are great, some aren't," she admitted.

Women, especially, often face criticism for their looks. Motsi emphasizes, "Sexy isn't about body size; it's about how you feel and how you present yourself." And so, she confidently flaunts her curves, encouraging women everywhere to embrace their unique beauty.
