Hospitals set up in Ostradny and Moscow districts have been launched
The Krasnodar Territory Administration's press service has announced the opening of new Feldshers-Midwives Points (FAPs) in the Otradnensky and Mostovsky districts. These facilities are part of the region's ongoing efforts to strengthen rural medical services and improve healthcare accessibility.
The new FAPs in the Otradnensky district were built to replace old, dilapidated clinics. Although Vice-Governor Anna Minykov did not comment on these openings in her latest report, it is clear that these modern buildings will provide primary medical care to over a thousand people, with approximately 140 children among those served.
In addition to the Otradnensky district, two more FAPs were opened yesterday. One was in the village of Svobodny Mir, and the other in the settlement of Perevalka, both located in the Mostovsky district.
The FAP in Ilyich offers a wide range of services, including basic medical examinations, prenatal and postnatal care, emergency first aid, vaccinations, health education, and referrals to specialized care if needed. Approximately 200 adults and children will receive primary medical care at this new facility.
These FAPs are staffed by feldshers and midwives who provide essential medical services to local residents. By having these points in their communities, patients in rural areas will no longer have to travel long distances to district hospitals or clinics for basic healthcare needs.
These new facilities were built as part of the regional state program "Development of Healthcare." The opening of these FAPs is a significant step towards strengthening rural medical services in the Krasnodar Territory and ensuring that everyone, especially women and children, have access to essential medical services close to home.
The new Feldshers-Midwives Points (FAPs) in the Otradnensky and Mostovsky districts, constructed as part of the regional state program "Development of Healthcare," will contribute to the study of science related to health and wellness, particularly in rural areas. With their extensive services, including prenatal and postnatal care, they will significantly improve medical-conditions management for local residents, reducing the burden of long-distance travels for basic healthcare needs.
