In Schwerin, Germany, the Helios Clinic recently welcomed its 700th baby of the year, a healthy boy named Adam, born on Monday, September 15th. Adam weighed 3815 grams and measured 56 centimeters at birth.

The delivery was a long one, spanning 18 hours, and the parents, Ilona Dorosh and Lars Tischer, are overjoyed with their new addition. The family had planned their birth at the Helios Clinic in advance, taking advantage of the comprehensive support offered to expectant parents.

Heike Schnepel-Berends, the head midwife at the Helios Clinic, expressed her delight at the birth and wished the family all the best. Schnepel-Berends, who set a goal in 2017 for the clinic to reach at least 1000 births annually by 2025, is optimistic that this milestone is within reach.

The Helios Clinic in Schwerin offers more than just medical expertise and experience. Families are given insights into the delivery room and the opportunity to meet the team.
