Born on April 1, 1962, in Columbus, Ohio, Kimberley spent her formative years in Denver, Colorado. She excelled as an exceptional student and athlete, setting a state swimming record in high school. Her academic prowess led her to Stanford University, where she earned both her undergraduate degree and MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Kimberley's career was marked by her dedication to finance, working in investment banking and later in investment management. She met her life partner, John, at Barclays Global Investors in San Francisco. However, in 1997, Kimberley stepped away from her professional career to focus on building her family.

She volunteered at her children's school and joined the Board of Directors, using her expertise in finance to help steward the school through the global financial crisis. Kimberley also volunteered with Kid's Turn, a non-profit dedicated to supporting children through the challenges of divorce, and became Chairman of the Board.

Kimberley's leadership and vision helped guide Kid's Turn's growth, curriculum development, and fundraising efforts. Her legacy of kindness, leadership, and compassion will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and all whose lives she touched.

Kimberley was an avid piano player, playing a variety of music from classical to the Harry Potter score. She was also known for her practical jokes, such as short-sheeting beds and freezing underwear for her birthday celebrations.
