In Kuban, a significantly high percentage of residents believe they are highly productive at work, according to a survey by job search service hh.ru. Approximately 70% of the respondents expressed confidence in their labor productivity.

Over a quarter of the workforce (23%) consider their efficiency average, while none described their productivity as low. A miniscule 1% of employees were unable to answer the question. The survey revealed that 5% of respondents were interested in their labor productivity indicator, yet a majority desired their company to assist in measuring it. Young workers under 24 years old showed the most interest in this area but less frequently expressed high efficiency at work.

Senior and middle management representatives were more likely to highlight their high productivity levels, while blue-collar workers made such claims less frequently. Maria Ignatova, Director of Research at hh.ru, noted that this trend has been observed for several years, with top management's self-perceived efficiency growing increasingly strong.

The disparity between sectors can be attributed to the digitization of certain industries. Task tracking and execution are more straightforward in sectors like IT, marketing, and top management, where much of the work has been automated, making productivity more measurable and transparent. In contrast, manual work is prevalent in sectors such as production, construction, transport, and retail.

The survey revealed that 49% of participants keep track of tasks on paper or sticky notes to boost their productivity. A third communicate with colleagues through work chats on specialized platforms, while another third prioritize their tasks. One in five regional residents adheres to the "frog" method, starting their day with the most difficult or unpleasant task. Furthermore, 11% use time management programs, while 3% make use of project management platforms.

While the enrichment data offers valuable insights into the factors that might influence productivity perceptions, it is essential to note that the survey does not provide specific information about the differences in labor productivity perceptions between top management and blue-collar workers in Kuban. Nonetheless, the aforementioned factors provide a framework for understanding potential differences in productivity perception.

In the light of the survey conducted by hh.ru, it appears that within Kuban's workforce, some employees (11%) express an interest in employing time management programs to enhance health-and-wellness and workplace-wellness, with the intention of boosting their science-driven productivity. This highlights the importance of health-and-wellness initiatives in various industries, particularly as the survey data suggests differences in productivity perception between management and blue-collar workers.
