Mass Harmful Physical Damage in Numerous Vessels

In a series of disturbing incidents, two rival groups of juveniles, aged between 12 and 15, gathered in a local park and near the Hohenzollernstraße/Uckendorfer Straße underpass.

The initial altercation in the park reportedly did not result in any injuries. However, as the groups reconvened near the underpass, a renewed altercation ensued. An unknown suspect picked up a stone and threw it twice at the head of a 14-year-old boy from Gelsenkirchen, causing minor injuries. Another juvenile is said to have sprayed pepper spray during the altercation.

Following the renewed altercation, police issued dispersal orders to disperse the crowds. Two additional suspects, in addition to the two previously apprehended, were taken into custody by the police officers. The identities of these newly apprehended suspects are not specified.

A 14-year-old victim from Gelsenkirchen was taken to a hospital by ambulance with minor injuries. The whereabouts or involvement of the other juveniles present during the altercations is not mentioned.

Police apprehended two suspects, aged 12 and 14, from Gelsenkirchen in connection with the incidents. These suspects were later handed over to their guardians. The status of these earlier apprehended suspects after being handed over to their guardians is not provided.

Another juvenile displayed a knife but did not use it during the altercations. The unknown individuals involved in the second altercation at the Hohenzollernstraße/Uckendorfer Straße underpass who injured the 14-year-old boy from Gelsenkirchen with a stone to the head have not been identified.
