P&G Steps Up COVID-19 Support for Employees

Procter & Gamble (P&G) has stepped up to support its employees and their families during the COVID-19 pandemic. The company, led by CEO Jon Moeller since 2021, has implemented various initiatives to ensure employee well-being and safety.

P&G is offering emergency loans to employees in need, along with pay continuation for those unable to work remotely or exempt from stay-at-home directives. The company is also covering COVID-19 testing and virtual/telehealth visits with no out-of-pocket expenses. To support mental health, P&G provides free access to wellness programs. Additionally, the company offers paid time off for employees medically quarantined or unable to work due to COVID-19, without reducing accrued sick days.

P&G has strengthened workplace safety measures, including comprehensive cleaning, temperature scans, masks, shift rotations, physical distancing, and work-from-home arrangements. The company is committed to providing flexible solutions to help employees manage work and dependent care.

Under the leadership of Jon Moeller, who will be succeeded by Shailesh Jejurikar in 2026, P&G has demonstrated its commitment to employee support and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. These initiatives aim to alleviate financial burdens, promote mental well-being, and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
