The course is structured into three phases: setting a quit date, learning coping strategies, and focusing on the positive aspects of a smoke-free life. It begins with a 90-minute introduction session, followed by three weekly sessions of three hours each, and two telephone sessions. Participants will receive the 'Smoke Free Handbook' (€26) and free information brochures. A free info and introduction lecture is held on October 29th, with no registration required. The participation fee is €180, with statutory health insurances reimbursing up to 80% of the costs.
The 'Smoke Free' compact course in Regensburg offers a structured approach to quitting smoking, led by a certified professional and backed by reputable institutions. With partial reimbursement from health insurers, it provides an affordable path to a healthier lifestyle.
