Safeguard Yourself Against Detrimental Vibrations

Energy Healing Expertise: Despite my seven-year tenure as an energy healer, channeler, and spiritual intuitive, I continually find the term "energy" to carry a distinctively new-age connotation.

Job: Unraveling the Mysteries of Energy

Hey there! Dive into the weird and wonderful world of energy healing, a slice of life that's been part of my journey for about seven years now. Though the word "energy" may sound like something you'd find in a sci-fi movie, let me break it down for you in a way that makes sense.

Think of energy as the swirl of free-floating thoughts and feelings swirling about us. Clever, right?

Now, take a moment to reminisce about a time when you were feeling fantastic, completely at peace, only to walk into a place and suddenly feel out of sorts for no apparent reason. Sound familiar? It's happened to me countless times, and trust me, I used to blame it on my depression or anxiety for years. But there's more to it than meets the eye.

In 2009, I acquired an unusual ability – I could see auras, angels, and spirit guides with my eyes. Naturally, I was compelled to understand the intricacies of this phenomenon. And guess what I discovered? My sudden mood shifts were often caused by someone else's energy, or free-floating thoughts and feelings, seeping into what I like to call my personal bubble. Their emotions would mix with mine, causing unsettling mood shifts.

Let's use an example to illustrate this: Imagine you're on a date night, beaming with joy. But you need to pop out to buy butter for the popcorn. While you're gone, you get checked out by a cashier who's in the midst of a domestic drama with her spouse (she doesn't share this with you, of course). A few minutes later, you walk back home, and despite everything being just peachy, you suddenly feel a wave of unease. Your mind starts racing – did you take too long? Did you buy the wrong butter? Before you know it, you're feeling anxious and defensive, wrestling with unwarranted guilt.

Your mind is working overtime here, trying to match the emotions it's encountering with a familiar scenario from your past. You may think you're just acting on your intuition, but what you're actually experiencing is a mixture of your energy and the cashier's energy. This is a common explanation for how misunderstandings and miscommunications arise in our daily lives, contributing to conflicts in families, romantic relationships, and even the workplace.

I invite you to give this a try: say in your head, "Higher self, stay connected to me and make me aware of the energy that shouldn't be in my bubble and remove it immediately." Pay attention to what you notice when you move from one place to another – be it going on errands or visiting a friend's house. Notice the atmosphere at work, too – you might be surprised by the changes as people come and go!

Recently, I believe that mental illness, addiction, and other mental health struggles might be rooted in our ability to feel other people's emotions without realizing it. Starting today, you can protect yourself from unwanted energy by becoming more aware of it and learning to control your personal bubble.

Additional Insight:

Energy healing practices like Reiki, Qigong, and Pranic Healing are potent tools for managing emotional and physical well-being. By attuning to subtle energy flows, these methods aim to restore balance and support self-healing on multiple levels. You could think of them as a tune-up for your spiritual engine, smoothing out kinks and restoring harmony[1][4].

  1. In my search for understanding energy, I discovered that my mental health struggles such as depression and anxiety might have been partly caused by my sensitivity to other people's energies, seeping into my personal bubble and causing mood shifts.
  2. As I delve deeper into energy healing, I've come to believe that practices like Reiki, Qigong, and Pranic Healing, which aim to restore balance and support self-healing, could play a significant role in mental health, fitness-and-exercise, health-and-wellness, and even nutrition by managing emotional and physical well-being.
  3. To improve my mental health, I now practice consciousness, constantly reminding myself to stay connected to my higher self and maintain an awareness of the energies around me, so I can remove unwanted energies from my personal bubble, promoting a greater sense of peace and well-being.
