Teenage Fatalities in Russia following excessive alcohol consumption
In the rural town of Baikalsk, Siberia, a gathering of teenagers celebrating a birthday transformed into a devastating sequence of events. Reports confirm five teenagers, aged between 13 and 17, lost their lives in a violent altercation attributed to excessive alcohol consumption.
According to statements from the Irkutsk region's Investigative Committee, a 17-year-old boy, impaired by alcohol, instigated the tragedy.
