The Bocholt Fire Department was called into action on Friday night around 03:30, responding to a report of a hazardous material leak at a logistics company located within the Bocholt Industrial Park.

The special deployment team (Sondereinsatzteam) of the Hazardous Materials Fire Department from the Bocholt Industrial Park was immediately mobilized to address the situation. They were supported by similarly trained personnel from the fire departments of Isselburg-Werth and Rhede.
